Description
SCC Bit-U-Guard is rubberised bitumen-based coating for the creation of an effective barrier to water and water vapour ingress. It can be used for damp proofing walls, floors and foundations as well as for sealing ponds, dams and waterproofing roofs. Once dry, SCC Bit-U-Guard forms a tough and durable film that is able to accommodate small movement cracks for a long-lasting damp proofing solution.

SCC Bit-U-Guard can be used for many interior and exterior applications such as the following:
- Vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Damp proofing walls to prevent penetration from rising and driven damp as well as water vapour.
- Waterproofing building foundations, ponds, dams, water features and gutters.
- Suitable for waterproofing roof structures when not exposed to the sun.
- Suitable for use as a vapour barrier beneath roof insulation materials.
- Ideal for below ground structures where the protection of steel and concrete from the attack of chloride and other water-borne salts is required.
