CONDUR CF YC-CFRP (S) PLATE

Condur CF Plate is a carbon fibre reinforced polymer laminate used for strengthening concrete structures bonded externally by Condur CF Adhesive.

Technical Data Sheet: CONDUR CF YC-CFRP (S) PLATE – TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Description

Condur CF Plate is a carbon fibre reinforced polymer laminate used for the structural strengthening of concrete structures. It is externally bonded to concrete using Condur CF Adhesive and is suitable for strengthening structures affected by increased loads, structural repairs, structural modifications, damage or insufficient reinforcement. The plate provides high strength and modulus, is lightweight, does not corrode and requires minimal additional member geometry.

Application

CONDUR CF Plate is externally bonded to prepared concrete using CONDUR CF Adhesive. The adhesive is applied to the substrate at approximately 1 mm thickness and to the plate at approximately 1–2 mm thickness. The plate is then positioned onto the adhesive and firmly pressed using a hard rubber roller.
