Description
BIOShutterStrip 2010 is biodegradable mould release oil that prevents concrete sticking to either the mould or shuttering formwork. It produces a smooth finish on the concrete and keeps the mould or shuttering suitable for re-use.

• Biodegradable mould release agent – environmentally friendly
• Concrete can be painted and plastered once shutter has been stripped.
• The chemical make up of the product is such that no build up on the moulds
takes place with use thus allowing for long period mould utilization.
• The incorporation of corrosion inhibitors allows the steel moulds to remain in
excellent condition without the formation of traces of rust.
• The faithful facsimile of the mould is achieved while at the same time the
concrete casting’s edge strength is maintained.
• For applications where it is necessary to heat the product, a maximum
temperature of 80oC is recommended.
