INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB SUMMARY
Are you a dynamic and organised individual with a passion for sales and customer service? We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our team and support our external retail sales representatives. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in internal sales or retail sales, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist external sales representatives with all quoting, administrative tasks, deliveries, and client communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Manage and process sales orders and invoices efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records on Skynamo CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal sales or retail sales.
- ERP system experience beneficial.
- CRM system experience beneficial.
- Excellent communication on both English and Afrikaans.
- Understanding of retail sales environments, rebates, delivery schedules and similar systems.
- Ability to work to a deadline.
- Drivers licence with own transport to get to Muldersdrift.

We are seeking a highly organised and friendly Receptionist and Admin Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will provide administrative support to our staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet visitors and callers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and maintain the reception area
- Handle mail, packages, and couriers
Admin Clerk Duties:
- Provide administrative support to staff
- Prepare and edit quotes, invoices , delivery notes etc
- Manage and maintain Skynamo CRM system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or admin clerk role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with email management software and Skynamo CRM systems
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Social media skills
- Multilingualism
